I can't say enough about Greg. He is salt of the earth and Genuine. I bought a house in Atlanta with a really expensive and complicated pool. Greg came out and did the pool inspection before I bought the house. He highlighted everything wrong with the pool and helped me get a credit at closing from the Sellers's. Since I have moved in, everything he said that would break has broken. (I was hoping that it wouldn't). Greg has been responsive and courteous and supportive even coming out himself to document every single part of the pool so his team can support me moving forward. This is the pool company you want to use.

I have lived in my home for about a year and half. This is the first pool I've had - so I was a bit nervous from day 1. the previous home owner had used Pinnacle Pools before - so I decided I would hire them to help get me started. They cleaned the pool weekly and I watched and learned. They knew up front that I eventually wanted to do it myself, and they were fine with that. I did take over the maintenance of the pool and things were going great. Unfortunately, the last few months have been costly. My pump went out, my salt cell board did as well. Now, the heater is gone. It was like everything was going all at once, and my home warranty wasn't much help - but Pinnacle Pools was. I called them on each and every occurance and they have been nothing more but wonderful. Greg will chat with you and provide you opinions that are fact based, not $ driven. They worked with my schedule, were very prompt and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any service needs you may have.

My pool has never looked better. They work they do is well worth the cost every two weeks.

They were very polite. Their prices were reasonable but they did not actually do a good job in cleaning the pool. I didn't ask them to come back.

Greg returned my initial phone call promptly to schedule the inspection, and he was flexible about scheduling. He conducted a thorough inspection and gave us a very detailed account of his findings during the walkthrough. It was a very educational experience, and he was happy to answer all our questions. He discussed different options for making repairs and their relative priority and projected reasonable time frame. He provided an email report of the inspection, itemized with estimates for repair costs for each item. Greg was very professional and personable. We decided not to buy the house partly based on his findings, and will use him again when we make an accepted offer on another house with a pool.

I have used Pinnacle for over a year now and I am very happy with their service. Their prices are competitive and they keep my pool running well and looking beautiful.

Greg (owner) had previously inspected my pool when I requested a pool inspectionas part of a home inspection. I emailed Greg over the weekend requesting service. He was upfront about the prices and likely number of visits needed to complete the job and that didn't change. I actually requested an additional visit and they complied. When I arrived home on Monday, someone was there working on my pool! It took about 4 visits to get my pool open, but they did a fantastic job. I couldn't have asked for more!!! I will definitely use again

It is a small company and they are very good, very personal and they seem to be doing a very fine job. Their price in comparison to others was very competitive with all the bids that we got.

Greg did the inspection on my pool before we purchased our home. He took his time to answer all of my questions and explained everything he was looking at during the inspection. I now use Pinnacle to service my pool. They show up on time and provide great service at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

We had the work done and Greg was great. They have maintained the pool since. They have proved to be reliable and trustworthy. Here's the latest proof: When a circuit board went bad recently he could have sold us an expensive new board. Instead he researched that brand of board and found a common flaw in a connection joint. He repaired the joint for a tenth of what a replacement would cost. LOVE them!
