It went great. He identified all of the rotten structures, purchased plastic replacements (so they would not rot) from Home Depot or Lowes, replaced them, and recaulked. There was been no damage observed 3 - 6 months after his repair. He did a great job and cost less than his estimate.

I called him on August 11th to find out about his services. Got his voice mail and left my name and number and asked him to call me back. On August 13th I left another message for him. Reiterated that I had left a voice message for him on the 13th and was calling to find out about his pricing, services, and if he was interested and able to take on more business. I received no call back whatsoever. I guess he doesn't need the work.

Nothing -- gave a detailed description two weeks ahead of the only time he could come out. The day before the appointment he forgot what he needed to do so told him again. Day of he never shows up. Texted he had a migraine. OK I said...so when can you come to do the job? No response.

John was professional and personable, he arrived a bit before the scheduled time which was great. One of the ceiling fan globes were broken and I called Lowes and he promptly picked it up and replaced it. He listened and answered my many questions about installation and also gave me a quote on replacing my stove. Overall his quality and customer service were excellent.
