We used Johns Creek Plumbing for our plumbing issues for many years. Ivan is reliable, professional & fair priced. I have told a lot of friends about him and they all are happy with his service.

This had been a lingering problem we've had for a couple of years. Other plumbers had come out and snaked the drain which provided temporary relief. Ivan and his son were terrific. They quickly diagnosed our problem needed more than just a snake to correct. There was a 3' section of the drain pipe that was horizontal where debris had built up to the point of nearly a complete clog and they fixed it the right way. Thank you!

All went very well. They were on time. Ivan gave me a fair estimate for the extra work and quickly completed the job. He provided a 6 month Waranty on the work too.

we purchased a new house and found one shower had the stem in backwards. Ivan come over quickly and corrected the problem for a very reasonable price. they wore booties inside the house etc.

Excellent service by Ivan and Jordan. My garbage disposal was leaking. I left a message for Ivan and he called me back about an hour later. He was able to come by in 2 days. He called to say he was on the way. Arrived right on time. Quickly diagnosed the issue. He was patient to work with me as I had to put him on the phone with my home warranty company. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves very well. Both Ivan and Jordan were professional and friendly. I will use them for my plumbing needs going forward.

Arrived on time,no problems with install

The cost wasn't very much. I would give him an "A" in all categories. We really like him. He tries to get the job done without over selling and pushing to get the job done. He will tell you if another solution will work better. He tries to fine the best and simple solution.

Everything went great. Ivan promptly contacted me to schedule the service. He was able to get me scheduled within a few days. He and his assistant arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They did a great job and I will be hiring them again to install another toilet for me.

These are the "go to" guys for plumbing. Responsive and honest. If too busy to get to you quickly, they'll let you know and not keep you hanging. If they are busy but you can hold on, they are definitely worth waiting for.

Though I need one item reworked, I was estatic over the deal. I had a punch list and all the items were handled at a rate I felt fair. I'm a cheap person by nature, by the way. Also they did the work as I'd do it myself rather than milk the situation for a large charge. They even came back a couple days later to do additional work, as I expanded my punch list.

Ivan does a nice job. I've used him before. I had to wait a few days, but he was up front about it. Reasonable price and he gave a 5 year warranty. Definitely recommend.

I was able to quickly setup an appointment with Ivan to fix my water leak... Ivan arrived on time and was very professional and accommodating to my needs... He was able to quickly repair my outdoor water leak and was also able to replace my kitchen faucet at the same time. Ivan's prices were very reasonable considering compared to previous plumber's I will have Ivan do additional work for me in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others
