I called John's Creek Plumbing and left a message. Ivan called me back within 2 hours, I told him what I needed done. He came out the next morning in the timeframe he said he would, called me 30 minutes before coming to say he was on his way. He put booties on when he came in, changed the faucet, removed all debris and old faucet and left everything clean. I had gotten a quote from another plumber to do the same job, they quoted me more than double what Ivan charged.

He was available the very next day when I contacted him. He called 30 minutes before his arrival which was within the window he promised. He was very fast and efficient. He did an excellent job installing the toilet, cleaning up and removing the old toilet. He and his assistant were very professional. I plan to use him for future plumbing needs. I am very satisfied with his service.

Additionally, they were not quick to accept my request for a new hot water system, rather they encouraged me to consider less expensive options for comparable results. Great! Ivan knew exactly what the problem was: old and incorrectly installed water pressure regulator. He had the part and the right tools to get the job done quickly.

Expertly installed a new toilet and hauled away the old. The work was done very efficiently, professionally, and everything was cleaned up after the installation was complete. Scheduling was extremely easy.

The installation was completed but I later found the sink drain will spray dirty water two feet in the air when a partially full disposal is run. The plumber came back to look at the problem and indicated to 'fix' the issue would require a separate line for the disposal and an additional $200. All the plumbing and fixtures were installed by the plumber but was told the problem was the 1/2 HP Home Depot disposal was too strong. I will hire another plumber to fix this. Dissappointed.

I called Ivan because I have been getting the run around with plumbers. My initial issue was that I had a leak in my shower. I called Roto Rooter who sent a young, inexperienced and super arrogant tech to my house who turned my drip into a full out stream and wanted to charge me darn near 500 bucks to fix. Needless to say I paid the service fee for them coming out, turned my water valve off from the yard and proceeded to the next company. This time I went to Majestic plumbing. They sent a young tech and he was super nice but they were very, very expensive. I did have them put in my shut off valves in the wall though. Still pricey. Next I went with a handy man that my friend uses all the time. MISTAKE MISTAKE MISTAKE. Plumbing was not his true expertise and he did the work for a very small fee but I couldn't use my shower because it would leak from the wall. That's when I decided to just come back to Angie's List, look over the reviews and pricing again and I came across Ivan. He is so professional, nice, great spirit and most importantly, knows his work. He initially charged me 85 bucks to just fix the leak and fix the issue with the hot water. However, I had concerns with the type of work the handyman did and just for peace of mind I asked him to redo it for me. He stated that it wasn't really anything necessarily wrong with the rubber/plastic pipes that the other guy put in, it's just that if he would have done it he would have put copper pipes back in since that is what I had but assured me that it wasn't necessary to change them. Since my house is already an older home I just wanted it redone. So I asked him how much would he charge to do the work and he said 250. He had all the equipment needed to do the job. No back and forth to Home Depot. I would recommend Ivan again and again.

I called Ivan in the morning, left a message and he called me back in about five minutes. I explained that our twenty-year-old disposal had died. He told me that he could arrive at 3:00 PM the same day and take care of it. He arrived on time and went right to work. He was done about 30 minutes and left the kitchen spotless. Before leaving, he had a conversation with our two bulldogs. He is a very friendly and pleasant man.

I prefer to find smaller, family-owned type businesses because I have had the most success with them in the past and I found another great business with John's Creek Plumbing. I called to make an appointment and Ivan answered right away. We spoke briefly about the issue I was having, he took all my information and we booked the appointment. He called 30 minutes before arrival and said he was on the way. He arrived right on time for the 2 hour window for the scheduled appointment. I explained the issue and he got right to work showing me what the problem was and the cost. He finished his work in a timely manner and was very friendly, attentive in showing me the problem and explaining how he will repair it. I am very happy with the results and if I need a plumber in the future, I know where to go.
