Description of Work: Ivan showed up very early in the window of time we were originally provided with and called to let us know he was on his way (which I appreciated). He was able to quickly determine that in addition to having the new faucet installed, which he did beautifully, in a clean way, we needed to have out hot/cold valves replaced because they weren't really fully cutting off the water flow (something even I, the novice had noticed). He did a great job. Will use them again and would recommend John's Creek Plumbing.

Description of Work: Repaired cracked main at point of entry into house, which was buried 2 feet under ground. The price was very reasonable considering the time and effort for repair. The contractor had to buy extra supplies but he still stuck to original quote. The work and professionalism was AAA+++ .

Description of Work: Installed THREE Toilets (I had originally asked for only two to be installed. Hooked up a kitchen sink which required new supply and drain lines, and unclogged a stopped up bathroom drain. All work was done by the owner of the company. Great price, great work, and a heck of a nice guy.

Description of Work: Very responsive, called on a Saturday with a non-emergency and they were at my house in less the 1 hour. Job was done correctly and efficiently. I have already used them a second time since for another job.

Description of Work: He was not able to fix my problems and for one of the problems told me the it wasn't too bad and I could learn to live with it. He also used channel lock pliers on my sink faucet. Fortunately it did not mar the finish but it seemed he did not have all the tools a plumber would usually need.

Description of Work: Planning a kitchen renovation and have had issues with sink drain clogs that resulted in damage to floors and ceiling below. As promised called half hour before arrival to confirm, arrived on time as promised. Performed trouble shooting and diagnosed problem. Did not try to "sell" me to do unnecessary work, but he did check further to insure there weren't other issues. Also analyzed and fixed a troublesome leak in an upstairs bathroom tub/shower. Did not charge ridiculous predetermined/book fees, but rather the amount of time to find the problem and fix.
