Showed up for 30 minutes, replaced a part that wasn't needed that did not fix the issue. Pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said that will be 280.00 for absolutely nothing except for a 46.00 part ( left the box with price tag on it at my home) that was not needed. I need to get into the appliance repair business. Highway robbery. Do not use these guys, I will never call them again.

Description of Work: The service was great and he fixed the problem. However the service guy was the same guy that came out 1 year prior to fix the SAME problem the PULLEY. I'm just wondering if there is a problem with the equipment.
