+ -1 moreThis contractor hired a sub contractor to complete ALL water and sewer utilities for this job. He was paid in full, PLUS change orders, and never paid his sub contractor for the work he did. Ended up costing me personally approx. $250,000.00 to complete the project. This project went overdue about 20 months from its original completion date.A lawsuit will be started against Precision Paving Co., and Dwayne Floyd before the end of July 2009.
Description of Work: Water, sewer, site paving for a new sub division located in South Ga.
