Jesse came out to give a quote and he was very professional. He asked lots of questions to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He then went over ever detail and answered any questions we had. The men who came to complete the work were fantastic! They tore off the old pergola covering we had over part of the patio and built a new roof, completed our screen room and installed gutters on the new part in only 2 days. They pay VERY close attention to detail and went above and beyond our expectations. They clean up behind themselves from where they had word in the yard to complete the job. When they left, everything was cleaned up and you would never have know they were there except for the fact we had a fabulous screen room which looked like it was an original part of our house. We could not be more pleased with the workers or the project they completed. Highly recommend!

The service i recieved was top notch though twice I didnt recieve calls back until the next day. Joey did my estimate and he was courteous and professional and most importantly wasnt pushy with his presentation. Work began about a week later. The lady in their office was polite but seemed very busy. Would definitely hire again.

Terrible. Roof leaked at first rain and they said it was condensation. Would not come fix it. Finally months later and multiple phone calls they sent someone to call around the vents. Roof still leaks and has now ruined my bathroom ceiling. My roof is 5 years old now and have had issues from day one. My last conversation he told me my roof had a 5 year warrenty back then and now they have a 20 year warrenty. Funny since my roof is now 5 years old. Do not use this company.

if I could give a zero star I would. I tried to get them to come out four times since hurricane Mathew and every time they don't show up. I made an appointment on Monday for today (Thur) at 1000 and waited till almost 1100 to call them up, just to find out they didn't have my appointment wrote down. the lady asked if I would like to reschedule. hahaha I told them of my frustration and my previous dealings with their company and I am displeased with them. all she had to say was "OK then". Eicher's Pro Vinyl when you have a company that sells a product or a service it would be wise to have a little better customer service. funny thing is I already have the money from the insurance company from the damaged roof so you could've started when ready. easy money. your loss. if it wasn't for the insurance company needing it to be done by a "licensed contractor" I'd do it myself.

They did quality work on a lanai enclosure but will not respond to any service request. I even called for Mr. Eicher to return my call because nobody else would return my call and never got any sort of response from him. No service after the sale.

Installation was done in a timely manner & completed on Feb 2, 2011. The crew was polite. Clean up of discarded roofing nails after two flat tires on my truck was disappointing. No problems for 4 yrs. Then in Ap of this year, Roof started showing signs of leaking. Written warranty for materials is 25yrs, for workmanship/installation is 10yrs. Called office for help on Ap 28; May 21, May 27, June 1, June 8, June 29, July 3. Always the person answering the phone has said "your file is on the boss's desk & he will contact you." As of this writting July 3, 2015, Eichers has failed to follow up with my complaint. This is totally un-satisfactory on two levels. First there are the problems of substandard materials & workmanship. Second, there are problems of management failing to honor its published & advertised warranty as well as failure to return promised phone calls

The salesman Jeffrey was a little loud but said good things about the quality of work to be done. We were told it would take about 1 1/2 weeks to start the job. Two weeks later after unreturned calls to Jeffrey we had to get firm and insist on a call right away. Finally the roof was installed but upon completetion there was an issue (not competed as discussed). Jeffrey was called and arrived within an hour. As soon as he got out of his truck I could see he was not going to be nice about it. Jeffrey was VERY loud and aggressive and would not discuss any possible option but to tell us to go to the courthouse and sue them. This was NOT nessasary at all. He was verbally abusive to my ederly father and had to be told to get out of his face. He was told to leave our property and we would deal with the owner of the company to get a resolution. Thanks to the owner the issue was resolved but only after we had to deal with the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life.

Extremely punctual in estimate, consultation, and installation. Very professional, hard working crew.

The lanai door and enclosure was slit by an attempted robbery along with the inside plastic coat. It took several weeks for them to arrive and when they did they gave me an estimate of 675.00. I checked with PGL who manufactures the coating and the representative from the company indicated that was way too much to charge for the coating and gave me alternative companies to use if I needed to in the future and we all know how inexpensive screening is. The work was completed and I wasn't home at the time. I put a check in the mail for $675 and the owner, Lester Eicher, said they never received it. When I came home one night from work a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper was taped to the front door that they wee going to file a contractor's lien. I stopped payment on the first check and sent the second check out the next day Fed Ex, signature required. When they initially installed our plastic coat, the frame which is bronze in color, installed silver screws into the bronze frame. It took forever for them to come out change the frames to match the frame. Jeffrey, who is somehow related to Lester Eicher, is probably the worst acting and talking individual I have every run in to.

I was interested in turning my screened patio room into a Florida room (or sun room). When I contacted this business for an estimate I was quite taken back when they asked me if I was married. They stated that they are required by law or by the BBB to ask this question because they cannot give me an estimate for a sunroom without my wife being present for the appointment. In fact they refuse to confirm an appointment without her being present for this meeting. I find this protocol and requirement so ridiculous that I cancelled the appointment. When I told them that my wife does not have the time to take off work for this appointment they took my hesitation to mean something else. They went on to say that they would require the same thing with two male ?partners.? I was so turned off by the whole incident that I cancelled the whole request. Whoever is in charge of their business practices or protocol needs to go back to Marketing 101. First rule: don?t assume your clients are not intelligent or will not call you out on your crap. There is no law that is enforced by the BBB that requires your wife/spouse/partner to be present for some Florida room estimation.
