 + -1 moreCoursons offered a good selection with very good prices. The estimate I received was prompt, professional and affordable so I chose Courson's to complete my wood floors. However, the individual that actually put my floors in was anything but prompt or professional. I was upset to find out that my estimate did not include the trim (although through the years all the floors I've had completed did include trim) and nothing was mentioned as to how I could possible fix the 3/4 in gap between my floor and wall (which is usally done by trim). Not only that, but my old trim was torn off into pieces so I could not even reuse it. The installer's fix was to have my husband "run" to Lowes and buy trim and he so "kindly" installed it for us. I found this incredibly unprofessional.
