Description of Work: They installed a brand new Trane unit at my house when mine's died for about 2 months. I must say the service was excellent, right on time, and the professionalism was the best I've ever experienced thus far. I was working with different contractors i.e home depot, lowes, and some local installers from around my area. Ralph price beat all of theirs by thousands of dollars (real talk). I can't even explain in full detail how Ralph was extremely long suffering in his over all attitude toward my financial hardship. Ralph worked with me and my family on paying off this amazing Air Conditioning unit that gave us zero problems so far. Ralph showed me that they're still Amazingly, Wonderful, Kindhearted, Loving, and Generous people in the world. I can go on for a long time about how this man done Blessed my family, but I Pray that God continues to Bless Him and his family. Oh btw the Trane that him and his outstanding crew installed is saving me over a $100 a month. Don't take my word for it, but experience the Exceptional Quality, and Professionalism of "ARCTIC SOUTH HEATING AIR AND ELECTRIC" for yourself, and I truly believe Ralph and his team will exceed your expectations. I truly believe that Ralph is some type of millionaire and give these ridiculously low prices on these Air conditioning units because he has a good heart. I don't know the method behind his generosity, but you're not going to get a better deal then Artic South, and believe me I tried extremely hard. I'm really greedy sometimes so don't judge me ok.}:0( I challenge anyone to shop around and try to get a price lower then Ralph's..."GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, LMBO"!!!!!

Description of Work: he unit would shut off after running a little while. I made a call and they came right out and found the problem and fixed it and said no charge.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. He is great and I will be using him again. He fixed the air conditioner for less than 1/10th of what a previous company quoted. He came out the same day I called him. He gives free estimates. I heard about him through the movie theater as they give free movie tickets if you call and have this company check your air conditioning system out.
Description of Work: They fixed an air conditioner that was deemed unfixable.
