Adam and I were both frustrated with uncooperative weather. He and I finally were able to set a date and time when it was warm enough with no snow, ice or freezing temperatures. He was very comunicative about trying to set dates and times which was appreciated. The job was whole house carpet cleaning. The only parts that were not cleaned were the areas under very heavy oak furniture, a couple of heavy sofas and the closets. Basically, he cleaned about 90% of our carpet area. He did a great job...especially on our steps. We have an older carpet that we have maintained, but it was time for a professional cleaning. It now looks pretty good for being 11 years old and with 3 cats running around.

Had Living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, and hall rug cleaned. Overall I expected better results from a professional steam cleaning using high heat. The rug is wall-to-wall, light beige, with a low nap. After the cleaning a lot of dirt spots & stains still remain as well as noticeable pathways in areas of most use. To be fair the rug had not been professionally cleaned for many years and the light color does show dirt easily, but I expected a better job from this company especially for the price charged.

I was very impressed with the look of the carpet and sofa. He took out all the pet odors. Adam was a very nice and professional person to deal with. Thank you for everything.

It went well. They arrived a little later than I expected due to trouble they'd had getting through the appointment prior to mine. They were still within the time window that had been specified, and they called 30 minutes prior to arrival at my home. Because the initial appointment-maker had done a good job of explaining the different levels of service & associated pricing, my husband and I had prepared our rooms really well by removing most furniture so the job went really smoothly and quickly once they arrived. The technicians were very personable and professional and stressed their willingness to return for spot treatments if troublesome spots returned. Overall a very good experience.

They did a great job. The first time they lost my appointment, so they didn't show up when they were supposed to. But after we called them, he'd lost my contact information, they came by the house and he was supposed to clean the tile but he forgot the tile attachment, so he could not clean the tile when he came. So he wasn't able to do everything I had originally requested. But the job he did was good. He was just a little less organized maybe.

Adam has been cleaning my carpet for at least 5 years. He has always done a great job each time. Always easy to get a hold of and on time.

Faucet overrun on Sunday evening. No one was at home. Returned home late Sunday night to find carpet wet upstairs and downstairs. Called Adam late Sunday night and Adam was here early on Monday morning. he Installed equipment to start drying carpet. Minimized damage by early control. He dealt with the insurance company, thereby saving me time and aggravation in dealing with insurance company. Very professional.Major insurance company was familiar with Adam's company and trusted his judgement.

Adam is very professional. He made my carpet look like new again. I highly recommend his company!

Very well, Adam also introduces his partners to properly stretch and install carpets.
