Squeaky Clean

This is maybe the 5th time we've used Squeaky Clean. We always appreciate their friendly service and we like dealing with a small, local business. I really hated to give them a "B" grade because I never did take the time to call them and let them know I wasn't completely satisfied. It's just that we ran out of time due to the coming Christmas holidays and other issues before we headed back to Florida. Let me be clear... The gutter cleaning exceeded my expectations because they did a great job and also found and reported a problem with an upper level gutter that had fallen in a place not visible from the ground. Perfect so far. Then I added on -- at the last minute -- the window cleaning. The 2-man crew got approval from their office and happily got right to work. We have some large windows with no individual panes on a screened porch that are very visible from our main family room. At that time it was very cold outside and it was a gloomy day outside. When they finished it looked fine. But the next morning with the sun hitting those windows it became clear that they did a pitiful job on those large windows. The smaller windows they did with lots of individual panes were done fine by a different guy. So, I have to conclude that the other guy either didn't scrub the windows properly or had some dirty water, or something. All I know is the next morning the windows he did were cloudy looking, streaky and were kinda embarrassing when we had guests visit us. Thus, the B grade. We'll use these guys again. I'm certain they would have come back and redone them if I had the time to do so before we left town. Maybe they will read this and call me to discuss. That would be a nice gesture. Anyway, don't let this sway you from not using them. They are good folks.

Came on time and got right to work.All windows are shiny and bright when they left. The men wer very courteous.
