Denson Heating & Air Cond Co

We have lived in Ellijay for over 12 years, and for the entire time have exclusively used Denson Heating and Air for all of our HVAC needs. They have serviced and maintained our HVAC system, rezoned our home, and recently removed and reinstalled our outdoor unit. Maintaining this relationship is one of the best things I’ve done since moving here in 2012. Without exception, the personnel I speak with on the phone and who come to our home are professional, courteous, and respectful. Every employee exemplifies the best aspects of how service should be provided. Their care and concern, promptness and professionalism, give me the peace of mind to know I’m always going to be well taken care of. I highly recommend this company.

About a year ago they did duct work troubleshooting for me. Cut a 8 inch gap in my duct work, forced open a damper. Was told they would be back in 2 weeks to replace the damper and repair the duct work. 8 months later no damper replacement or duct work repair. Called back on Oct. 8th and I was told it was miscommunication on their end. Tech came out to inspect and I was told once again that they would order the part and replace within two weeks. Didn't 't happen. Called back today 12/2/22, and was told they didn't order the part yet because I had not authorized the purchase of the new damper. What????????????. This is where commence sense should have kicked in. Obvious I wanted the part ordered, otherwise it wouldn't get repaired. Never again. Duct work is still not repaired and damper is still forced open. Denson will pay for any long lasting damage or issues with my HVAC unit caused by their neglect.

Denson has been fantastic, providing support when needed, and service. They are always professional, fast to respond, and generally just nice people. They installed our original HVAC system, and have gone above and beyond when it had issues. Highly recommend, they stand by their work and products!

They are always very prompt and I did call them and ask a lot and they had, I think they had a lot of servicing to do and they had not called me so I just called them and they had someone out the same day. They just had a full schedule I think. (Price grade)Well for what they do they covered everything for a full year. I haven't compared it with anyone else but I think its reasonable. (Punctuality grade)They were a little late but they called. I highly recommend them and I feel confident with the work they do. (The workers) They are nice. (Things that took out) They checked the vents in the house. I dont think they were required to do that but they checked that. Anything I had in question I would just ask them about it and they just checked it for me.

My mother was always pleased with them and so was I. One time they left a flashlight in the furnace and we heard all this bumping, they come back and checked it and guessed what they'd done. They fixed the problem.

Removal and install of upstairs system went very well, had to wait a while to get the ductwork done but it was not a critical issue. We will probably need our first floor system replaced in the next few years and will definitely use Denson.

A/C works great. They set us up on a payment plan, and we are extremely happy.

Technician called to confirm his arrival and was on time. His survey and evaluation of my unit was positive and he left. Simple and to the point!

I called for an appointment. They thought they would be able to come out later in the day. As it turned out they were not able to come out that same day but they called to let me know that it would be the next day. I appreciated the communication which is so lacking in the service industry these days. The dispatcher called the next morning to confirm an approximate time and to make sure I would be home. The service techinician arrived, neat, clean and with a pleasant disposition.He anaylized the problem immediately and was able to fix within an hour. I would highly recommend this company...and while I hope we don't have future problems I will use them again.

As stated above the tech seemed to know what he was doing. very professional.

I assumed that the unit needed coolant, but the technician found the real problem. He replaced the part (had a new one on the truck), checked the system, and was gone in less than an hour. Very nice, very friendly, explained everything.

They are a local company. They are good people and the price is good. I would highly recommend them.
