Dale was very professional and very helpful with answering all of our questions!! I’m so thankful we started with him, inspecting our home, instead of just hiring someone and going strait into extensive services that weren’t necessary. The results from the air tests Dale performed were able to give us less expensive options to take care of our problem. We highly recommend Dale.

Dale was super informative and extremely nice! He took samples of every room and informed me on preventative maintenance against not only mold but other things around my house that needed attention such as HVAC cleaning and a piece of drywall hanging on our water pressure tank. He got results back to us as soon as the lab results were found and he briefed us in detail on what the results found. Very helpful, informative, and friendly. Would hire again!

My husband and I had been sick off and on for months and were concerned that there was mold in our newly purchased, 20 year old home. Dale performed our inspection and we were very pleased with him. He was punctual, professional, personable, trustworthy and VERY thorough. I am happy to report we did NOT have a mold issue but still received a detailed report of his findings and some tips on how to manage the humidity in our home to prevent future mold growth. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone with mold concerns!
