Technician was prompt and professional. He showed me how to use the remotes and DVR box and answered all my questions. He arrived right on time and did not leave behind any kind of mess. My daughter was watching the movie Frozen and I even heard him singing along :)

The tv service is through Dish and is horrible. They came an removed some dishes in my complex and cut my line. It took them two weeks to repair it. As far as the phone and internet they are great.

The cost of the service for the first year has always been reasonable and the second year after all the specials was gone, the cost was about $100. To me, both Dish and Direct are about the same. I just swap back and forth because of their pricing.
