Description of Work: Pre-emergents to prevent crabgrass and other weeds! I called on Dorsey Services about 2 years ago because our sod was in a mess! Within 6 months we could tell a major difference and love the ease of their system! They offer many packages according to each yard or service needed. They are always friendly and we have referred them to many friends and family as well. We live in a subdivision and even though some other neighbors use other yard services you can tell the ones that use Doesey!

Description of Work: David came out and gave us a great price on fertilizing and weed control for our large yard with centipede grass. I was very interested in getting rid of the lawn burweed that had taken over my back yard. My dogs wouldn't even walk on it. Chris came out the next week and sprayed the whole yard. Within two weeks, all the weeds were dead with no damage to my lawn. I also had them treat my yard for ticks and fleas. They will be doing 7 visits a year at $40 a visit. The flea and tick treatment was a one time charge of $80. We have a fairly large yard so I was very happy with their pricing. Both representatives were very knowledgable and courteous. I also found out after the fact that my neighbor uses them also and has been very happy. Thanks!

I no longer have to lug heavy bags or figure out what to do, use, how much, or when. Great price, service, and results. Thank you, Dorsey Services!!!
Description of Work: I now have lush, healthy grass and very proud of my restored lawn. My weed filled and mostly dead lawn had a complete turn-around within just a few weeks from my using Dorsey Services. Mowing is a pleasure and I look forward to it. The price for the 2012 year (Feb thru Dec) was $275 (I added fire ant control and $99 core aeration (total $375 / year). I had purchased a foreclosure and to say that the lawn had been previously neglected would be an understatement. Many neighbors throughout my subdivision are always commenting on how my lawn has done such a fantastic turnaround in such a short period of time. It definitely has set the 'standard of care' for all other lawns and an inspiration to other homeowners. I tell them it is because of Dorsey Services and they comment, "Oh, Dorsey is GREAT!".

+ -1 moreWe had a large company treat our yard about 8-10 years ago. That company never produced any results even REMOTELY comparable to how well Dorseys has done. On a side note....after our bad service with the large company we immediately tried to cancel their service. The big company still managed to come out and treat our yard for almost 6 months AFTER we cancelled. Dorsey services office staff and technicians have always treated myself and our family with respect and we will continue to use them for years to come.
