The fan on our old AC unit stopped working so after calling several companies I decided on this company. They came out and looked everything over. They informed us of the problem our unit was having, but had to call around to find the part (our unit was about 18 years old). Justin (the worker that came out) called me back with in a two hours, and he had hunted down the parts. The kicker was the part its self was almost $800.00 not including labor. Justin said that we could switch out the whole unit with another used unit for $800.00. So we did and this is where the company really proved itself! The new used unit that they put on our house was amazing for about 5 days. On day 6 I realized it was getting hot in the house again. Yep, no cold air coming out of the vents. Called Justin right then (it was about 6:30 at night). Left him a voice mail, and he called back in less than 10 mins., and was at my house the next day (Saturday). It took him about 10 seconds to know the problem. The coil blew out in this unit making the unit worthless. Justin told us then that they had one more used unit, and they were going to switch them out again for no extra cost (there is no warranty on a used unit). The weather was the only thing that held them up. As soon as the rain slowed down they were here changing my unit (in the rain!). Now our only problem is that we are freezing ourselves with this new unit!!! Justin and his crew are amazing!!! They are down to earth people that mainly work on word of mouth. This is a laid back group of guys that will answer any and all questions you have (I asked a lot). These guys are as friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would recommend this company to anyone, and when we decide to upgrade our system this is the company I will be calling first!!
