+ -1 moreBenchmark was prompt, assessed the problem(s), took the computer to his shop and fixed the problem. He brought the computer back to me earlier than expected. He also explained to me what he did with the computer and how he fixed the problem. Although he did not have to, he returned to help me set up my wireless account which was quite problematic. If it were not for Bill, I would not have a working internet. He really is an honest and trustworthy professional! :-)
Description of Work: Bill, the owner of Benchmark Computers, was very thorough and provided cost-effective services. In my opinion, he went "the extra mile" in making sure I understood what the problem was and what correction was taken. My computer is running like a charm!!! In the future, I will trust Benchmark with all my computer needs!!! I will/have recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you, Benchmark, for making my computer "woes" one less problem to deal with.
