ADVANCED DISPOSAL

Terrible!!!! I would STRONGLY suggest using one of the other trash collection companies. We have used this company for several years but service has declined severely in the last year or so culminating with our trash not being collected for the last 3 weeks despite repeated attempts to contact Advanced Disposal and being told someone would be out later that day to collect our trash. During two of those days we set the trash out and it was extremely winding causing trash to blow all over the neighborhood. Customer service was non-existent as voicemails went unreturned and I had to repeatedly call back to speak with someone. When we did reach someone I received the run-around in that I was told that they had no control over the collection end of the business and they were told our trash would be picked-up or that they could not reach the person in charge. Really? I asked the customer service representatives if this was the level of customer service I should come to expect and they could not, or would not answer my question. When we tried to obtain our balance so we knew when to stop service and change to another provider we were told their system was down and they could not give us our balance. We will be switching to another company, likely T-Mac, which I'm told is cheaper and more reliable. Frankly, anything could be better than the poor service and performance experienced by Advanced Disposal.
