It was a big job. I liked everything about him; he is very, very honest and he takes great pride in his work. He is extremely experienced and has very high standards. He does exactly what he says he is going to do and communicates well. I have nothing but good things about him.

I am enjoying the floors. The owner and his workers were superb. They were very conscientious, ethical, and safe. Basically, it was a pleasure to work with them.

We were having our kitchen remodeled, and since the floors were worn we needed to have them sanded and refinished. We decided to have all the floors done at the same time, so our whole main floor was redone. We wanted Florian to match the stain on the floors to what was there before, and he made a perfect match. Since the kitchen floor was reclaimed pine and the other floors were oak, we chose a different shade for the kitchen. Pine tends to have a reddish finish which I didn't want. Florian worked patiently to create just the right look. He mixed two stains and then cut the color in half to make them the brownish tint I wanted. There was very little dust except for that created by sanding the pine floor, and Florian cleaned it up each day. The floors look great, and Florian's work was very good and professional.
