It sucked. CROOKS!! This buffoon and his son come and show up 30 min after the original time of 10AM. So at 10:40, he gets out and hears the problem. He does not quote the job, but does assess it by checking amp on walls (standard) and ceiling fan. Says he will not get up in the attic to find and fix the box where the issue is, but will rig a wire from outlet to fan switch that controls the light and speeds (Kichler Fan). However, he has to cut out the sheetrock, but does not repair it. I asked politely how he came up with that $400 price for 1.5-2.0hrs of work. He said he charges by the job and not by the hour. I said, I understand, but you work is unfinished and how you are different than all the hourly rates found online? He said we work by the job. I said that's over $200/hour for your work? He said his apprentice sons labor was $150/hour, the travel fee was $70, and then his rate of experience was the rest $180/hour. Why not send one person to do the job vs two? Scam

I am pleased with the result. They accommodated my schedule and did a good job. I will call them again for electrical services.
