Description of Work: They changed filters and all that and checked the duel fuel systems. We've got three units.

+ -1 moretwo days later the unit went out. They wanted to sell us another unit at $6000. We got a second opinion and saved $5750. I am terminating their contract at renewal.

+ -1 moreI was checking prices for a service. I was at my mother’s house when they came out. I was impressed with them. I have four rental properties. I asked for a price quote and they gave me real nice price quote and I just decided to try them. I have been very pleased. They call me the day before, they call me as they are coming out, and it is the same guy every time and I am familiar with him. They offer very good customer service. They come out three times a year which is one more than the others that I had quoted. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I have Liberty Mechanical to do maintenance on my heating and air-conditioning system. I have a service agreement with them. A couple of weeks ago was my last experience with them. I pay them yearly and they come out three times a year.
