+ 0 moreWhen my daughter bought her house, the side yard had a steep grade. The seed did not take. The rain water washed the dirt away and created a deep gully. When I tried to get some erosion specialist companies to come and look at it, they never returned my calls. They must not do residential yards. I found Ken thru my boss at work. His neighbor works for Ken. Ken responded quickly and gave us a response in a very short time. He came out and looked at the situation and said no trouble. We received a quote in a few days. They graded the yard after we had all the rain and there was some time before the rains came again. They came on Monday and laid the sod. They had some sod leftover and were very happy to grade a small section in the backyard and lay the rest of the sod. They did a GREAT JOB and I would not hesitate to use them again.
