They were called out by my home warranty company for little flies swarming in my house. My pest company said that they were drain flies, so the warranty co. sent a plumber. This man walked in my house, followed me to the master bath that had a very musty odor. He touched nothing, looked at nothing, refused to even look under the sinks, at the baggie of dead insects, or go down to the basement to examine the bathroom there. He said my problem was b/c I had not been home for several weeks and all the traps dried up & that's why I have drain flies. When I asked him how that could be, since people go on long vacations, or have 2 homes, etc. His answer was that those people have house sitters to run water in all of the pipes & drains. |I finally asked them to leave because he had such a bad attitude. I have since learned |that generally it takes months of non-use for p-traps to dry up.

It was outstanding. This is a small construction company where the principal who was Jim Cleveland showed up every day that we scheduled him. He was able to arrange all the contractors, they did an outstanding job of doing the work. They cleaned up after themselves. They had a great price. They continued to work late into the night to make sure that we met the schedules that we had.
