IMPRESSIVE IMPROVEMENTS

We got a price for jobs, Discussed jobs that wasn't done asked for the bill to be adjusted Bob wouldn't take the amount off stated it was because it took longer than he thought. Fireplace was removed he was suppose to popcorn the ceiling back and didn't . Charged $150.00 for repairing a hole in the floor that he didn't repair . Then on flooring didn't put up corner round in a lot of places had to go back and redo where it wasn't nailed down we paid more than what Lowes was going to charge . Also transition in door ways was doubled up and strips of trim to build the floor up to level it up the nails come loose we was stepping on them. Then out of all things was suppose to put wax seals in the toilets when he pulled them they started leaking only to find out both toilets was put back in without the old wax seals and charged $50.00 a toilet that wasn't reimbursed .Also the mess left on the porch was supposed to be cleaned up and wasn't. Yes he was notified all he was going to do is fix the transition in door way charged for flooring that wasn't installed Bob stated he went by the Lowes list but he did the measuring his self lesson learned for us

We got a price when time to come pay we discussed repairs that needed to be taken off the bill Bob still charged full price .Took out fire place was suppose to paint the ceiling that job wasn't finished .Had to call him back 4 times after the job was finished because we kept finding where corner mold wasn't put up .Then transition's in doorways was doubled because to wide of a gap cut out . Was suppose to put new toilet wax seals in when he pulled the toilet's they went to leaking we pulled the toilet to find out wax rings wasn't put back in both toilet's yes he was notified again wound up paying more that what Lowes was going to charge with still not finished job was in a big rush to get finish. Things that was supposed to be hauled off wound up on our trailer for us to haul of. Also the mess left from sawing pieces of scraps left from repairs . Also tried to go up on prices while doing repairs .
