 + -1 moreBEWARE!!! This boot legged company is a joke!!! Back in 2011 "Dwayne" an employee at the time came to service our property for termite treatment and for a pest problem. During the installation of screens, he busted the cement blocks in our foundation, left the busted bricks for us to clean up. He cracked the mortar joints around the screens, and half @ss installed them. The screens were not secure and could be very easily pushed in. The termite treatment was not done (like it was stated on our invoice that they charged us for. (This was witnessed by another termite company, that was called in to fix the mess that Patriot Pest Control made). As if that were not enough... They left BLUE bait blocks laying out where my 4 year old had picked one of them up and had complete access to putting them into his mouth!!! (I do believe that the bait blocks being exposed is breaking a law). To top it all off the pest problem wasn't resolved and neither was the termite problem! LET ME ALSO NOTE....WE PAID THEM $450 and had to turn around and pay a LEGIT COMPANY TO COME BACK OUT TO FIX ALL PROBLEMS!!!! So after SEVERAL calls to the office and SEVERAL requests to have the owner call my husband back, all we got were monthly bills!! Today 10-07-2013..... 2 years and 4 months later we get a statement from from their office, this time stating that our unpaid amount is being turned over to collections! REALLY??? Maybe I should of let my 4 year old eat that bait block!!! So... My advise to anyone even thinking of dealing with this company.... THINK AGAIN!!!! BAD IDEA!!!! As far as my "ACCOUNT" being turned over to collections... Go for it PATRIOT PEST CONTROL!!! I guess I will see you in court!!! Maybe then my husband and I will have the opportunity to meet the owner STEVE HALL!!!!!!
Description of Work: We're suppose to rid my home of termites and a pest problem... Instead they damaged my home, almost poisoned my 4 year old and sent me a bill of which a portion was paid. Then after SEVERAL calls to the owner of which NONE were returned... 2 years later send me a bill stating that they are turning me over to collections!!!

 + -1 moreIt went terrible, they drilled holes in the car port without covering them up. They damaged my fence by throwing the hose over it in order to spray their chemicals. They turned the water on at my mother's house after they were advised not to, and got water everywhere due to unfinished piping. They were also rude and cursing as they worked. They also failed to put plastic under the house like they were supposed to at my daughter's house.
Description of Work: They did termite extermination for three houses.
