Beck Appliance Repair

I have an LG dryer that has a cracked drum. The part and labor was covered by LG. Their factory rep is Beck's Appliance Repair in Hogansville,GA. I gave Beck's the information for the repair, and LG sent Beck's the new part. They scheduled the repair for a day during the week between 12 and 5 pm. I had to make arrangements to be home from work for the reapair. At 5;30 the day of the scheduled repair, they still had not shown up. I called them and they said they still had one customer ahead of me and would call when they were on the way. They acted as if their schedule is the ONLY thing that matters and that they were doing me a favor by fixing my dryer at all! Well, that was 5 days ago and they still haven't called, much less shown up. It appears that i may never see my part again either. I have seen unprofessional before, but these people are the worst ever!!! I had a couple of other repair people give me a labor price to replace the part. Their price was just a service call ($65) and would only take a few minutes. Beck's price??? $250!!!!!! The ONLY reason i was letting Beck do the work is because LG insisted on a factory authorized repair company. I don't think i'll be spending my money of any more LG products!!
