That far outweighs the experience of many other gutter and metal establishments. The owner, Mr. Orvel Bailey, began as a gutter and metal installer at the age of 18 years old. Over the years, he installed, repaired, and replaced every kind of gutter, gutter cover and metal roof imaginable to the mind. He was awarded installer of the year for the last 5 years while he was working for two separate companies. After carrying the title of chief installer for the past six years, Orvel decided it was time to go out on his own. Throughout the years, Orvel has learned that integrity and perfection are two key elements in any installation. We at Master Tech feel that the customers' happiness ranks first on a long list of necessities in order to be successful. They were very responsive and professional as far as customer service goes. I went with master tech even though their quote was higher than others I had gotten because I felt like they would do a good job. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product I received. I would call it amateur looking: exposed cuts do not match the color of the gutter, downspout transitions are not the same color as the gutter, end caps crushed and misshaped with punches very visible, dirty handprints left all over… will NOT recommend.

It was a great company. They were quick and easy to work with. They communicate well. I recommend their service. They were my go-to guys. I would give them the highest rating. I don't really trust people, but they understand the situation and would work with you.

They have been great all around!! We had gutter covers don and roof repairs. Their prices are very competitive and they do an excellent job in their workmanship. Orvel the sales rep is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for you every time. I without a doubt will be using them again.

Garry returned my call quickly and came around to give an estimate. He said that he would be at my house at 2pm and on the stroke of 2pm he showed up. Friendly and professional, he had the best prices, too. The team that did the actual work was punctual, courteous and professional. Work started and ended on time. Previously negotiated price was not rediscussed - a real plus.
Description of Work: Master Tech Gutters disposed of existing gutters and downspouts and installed 6" seamless aluminum gutters and 3x4" downspouts. Installation was with hidden screw hangers. The whole thing comes with lifetime no clog warranty (transferable).
