I initiated conversations with them in August 2023. A couple people came out, agreed there was a problem with the seals on the windows, two took measurements, and now we are in "radio silence". The last communication was on January 31 that they were checking with manufacturing. Now, no response from emails, text messages, or phone messages (no one actually answers the phone when calling the main number). I would steer clear of this company and go with that "other" worldly company that actually honors their lifetime guarantees."
