They installed a new breaker panel switches and outlets. They were professional always kept you aware of what time they would be here and what they were doing. They took care not to bring the outside in. wearing protective covering on their shoes. Cleaned up after them self no messes,.. Craig and Levi worked well together. Everything tuned out great

I was told by the company, prior to hiring them, that i would have to pay $30 for the electrician to show up and give me a quote on the (outdoor light transformer) project. However when the electrician arrived he told me it would be $150 to diagnose the issue. That job snowballed into a $300 job, even though I supplied the $100 transformer replacement. I had another job that i needed to have addressed (doorbell stopped ringing), but there was no saving in having both jobs done in the same visit because they charge by the job and not by the hour.

Tech Craig did a through investigation and found numerous problems contributing to outside flood lights not staying lit, garage lights malfunctioning, fuse box switches frozen...Craig fixed these issues. The three other techs, from other companies, did not find these problems (in this old house). We had squirrel problems in attic from over ten years ago that effected wiring insulation that caused flood lights to go off...Craig got up in the attic and found the problem. Great work Craig!

Great staff

They charged me for an inspection I did not want. They then used that inspection to try to get $4000+ more money. They were going to charge me $150 to change a light bulb. If not in a hurry I would have told them not interested.

Very thorough explanations of the work that was needed, technician was incredibly nice and answered every doubt and question I had. Even pointed out other things which could be fixed outside of the scope of the job.

excellent customer service and concern for safety with our electrical system in our older home. They fixed what first electricians neglected to, I agree with Lawrence about price seeming high, but it was an insurance claim and State Farm has not complained so maybe I am just out of touch with pricing.

price seemed a little high to replace 4 breakers. $400. Happy withg the service and professionalism of entire organization, just concerned about the price. who knows with electricians and plumbers
