Light fixtures were installed in hallway and (2) master bathroom. Technician was very knowledgeable and did a terrific job with installations. Personally I just think they are a little pricey!

They did a good job.

So far, I like what they have done just providing a quote. Looking forward to seeing them return to complete the job.

Returned to make a repair where the product that was installed initially was faulty. Patrick was on time, installed the new doorbell, and reviewed the software to insure it was working properly. They told me a price then changed it 3 times.Then refused to come back and finish work. I had to pay another electrician to come back and finish. They claimed they did the work with no power to the unit then when power came on did not come back to finish !

The electrician, Patrick, was outstanding. Clearly explained the issue and fixed it. Would definitely call Light em Up for any future electrical problems.

After an initial scheduling mix up, Light'em Up's dispatchers helped me get scheduled on a day I had already taken off. Booking through HomeAdvisor led to some confusion on whether my original appointment was confirmed. Justin arrived near the end of the day and did a great job giving me an estimate and getting my electric vehicle charger installed. The results look great. My only bone to pick is that it was VERY expensive, around $770. I purchased my own wall charger, so the only materials required were some thick gauge wiring and a 60A circuit breaker. The charger was attached to the wall less than 2 feet from my electrical breaker box. The whole installation took less than 2 hours. Like I said, the work seems to be of high quality, but paying that much for less than 2 hours of work is a bit frustrating. Otherwise, I would recommend Light'em Up and thank them for working with me on the scheduling issue.

Very prompt and organized. Workers were very professional and knowledgeable. I have to admit that I am not very up on service costs now a days but for what was done and the time spent, I found it a little high. But non the less, I would definitely call them again.

The technician, Justin Simonetta, that came to my home left me feeling much better than a competitor that had previously look at my issue. All in all, there was nothing wrong and his suggestions were spot on. After I did all he instructed, everything is back to normal. Very honest about saving the customer money and not trying to run up a bill. Left me with estimates for future projects I would like done and looking forward to working with them again. Very professional and courteous folks and would highly recommend them. $29.00 trip charge is spot on, other than $89.95 from a competitor that beefs up the bill. Don't believe the hype from the big boys. They are in it for the money only. This is a family owned, honest business that is doing great and have peace of mind they are not scamming people for unnecessary and overpriced repairs.

Jake was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of his trade, the previous year he had upgraded our electrical panel and brought it up to code. He crawled into our tiny hot attic and traced the outside lighting and identified potential fire hazard of cables that had been improperly installed. Previous electrical guys had neglected this area. Thank you Jake.

These guys were on time and ready to do the work that day. I needed several electrical outlets added, wiring installed for a hot tub, and a whole house surge protector installed at the box. DJ did all that in one afternoon and everything looks great. I thought they seemed a little expensive but apparently their rate was competitive I learned after talking to a contractor friend of mine.
