Felt a little confrontational during the walk through. Also felt like they did not want the job in general. Kept asking how many electricians I had in here which was odd.

The employees have this company we are extremely customer friendly. They kept us posted on every single thing they did. The estimate they gave us for the work was not increased at any point in time. Jake ,Levi and Tyler excellent team. Professional, easy to work ,on time. Replaced and upgraded all electrical outlets ,panel replacement&sub panels,medium junction panel,and rewire. Kept me informed during process from beginning to end. I will use them again to install ceiling fans and other devices.

David replaced my outside entry fixtures with motion sensor fixtures. However, one stays on all the time after dark and the other one doesn't come on as it should. They are supposed to come on when motion is detected and stay on for 10 minutes and then go off. They are not doing that. But David was prompt, very courteous and finished in a timely manner.

Fantastic electrician company. I submitted quote requests to two companies, but Hometown Electric immediately contacted me and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning (I never heard from the other). Jake promptly arrived and evaluated my system, latent problems, and options for work from the most basic to an extensive, but comprehensive plan addressing all issues. Pricing was reasonable and the 18 month 0% APR was a nice added value. I went with a new circuit panel, 30 amp 125v RV dedicated circuit and outlet (for a passion project), and brand new grounding system. Jake got to work ASAP and Brad (the owner!) rushed over the parts to minimize my down time. Both were incredibly courteous and professional. Jake entertained my many laymanâ s questions while he worked with commendable patience. Moreover, his work product is neat, organized, and skilled. Given the hazards of power delivery, I appreciate an electrician who obviously takes pride in his diligent work. Highly recommended and would do business again.
