They were able to locate another area that needed addressing that would probably be a fire hazard. The electrician did not try to pressure me but just gave me the facts. I appreciated that type of service. I decided to go ahead with the preventative service. I am overall pleased and would use the company again.

They are going back to install a new electrical panel so I can't rate the quality of their work at this time until they finish. They were punctual and willing to come back right away to install the panel. Great service and great communication throughout this process.

I feel I was way over charged for the service provided. Had to call them back after leaving because problem was not fixed then when came back charged additional charges. Basically told us how we could fix it because if they fixed it it would be WAY more expensive. Fixed an outside lamppost and installed an outlet and was charged over $500.
