+ -1 moreI was really happy with them. I just wanted someone I could rely upon and trust. I would use them again.
Description of Work: It was ridiculous. We had our septic tank pumped and I could not find the receipt. And apparently out here with the new regulation they have, you have to have it done at least once every 5 years. I had to have them come out and do it to have that to take to the water department to prove that I had it done. Which it didn't really need to be done and they told me that when they came out it didn't really look like it needed to be done. I just wanted someone that I could trust to have come out.

+ -1 moreTech came out and as this was the first time I had to get the tank pumped I had no idea where it was. He looked in all the usual places it should have been and it couldn't be located. He called the company and they called the county to get the location of the pump out area. It turned out the be on the side of the house. Tech then dug the hole and removed the cap and pumped out the tank. While he was doing all this I asked him many questions and he was very helpful in explaining the answers. (I now feel like and expert) We only found one item in the tank that shouldn't have been there so I feel pretty good about how we have been taking care of the septic system. Thanks Jason, you deserve a raise.

+ -1 moreGreat. Took longer than expected because I did not know the location of the second tank and the men had to dig manually.
Description of Work: Service requested to pump 2nd septic tank and diagnose problem with overflow of water. Able to pump both tanks and learned the problem with water overflow was due to clogged field line. Appointment need to follow up and complete this work in the fall. They are able to complete all task needed in this area. Prompt service call.

+ -1 moreHamby's is very professional and worked surprisingly quickly. Their customer service is awesome and they even came back to make sure all was well and we were satisfied. We have had no septic troubles since the work was done.
