These people are Amazing!!! He did such a great job!!!! And...it smells Awesome! I would recommend this company anytime you need a prompt, fast, thorough job!!! :)

First and foremost Walter and the team are very easy to get in touch with. With the weather in Atlanta we had to reschedule a couple of times. They did a very good job at a good and fair price. Then they cap it all off with a handwritten thank you note. Old school awesome! Love these guys and will use them again!

Walter did an amazing job at taking care of our carpets, as we prepare for putting the house up for sale, after 12 years. We weren't sure if we would have to replace the carpets, but we decided to give a shot at getting them stretched and cleaned. We were very glad that we found Walter. He was very professional. He only charged what he estimated the cost would be over the phone. He also worked with our schedule so we could the entire home cleaned. He was prompt, fast and very thorough. We had several difficult stains, which Walter was able to get out. We would definitely use Walter again and recommend him to friends.

I have used them in three locations and they are very good. They are very prompt, do a good job, and professional. It was easy to make appointments with them. They were totally prompt on their appointments.

Not only did Walter arrive on time, but came fully prepared to clean the whole house. No excuses! Very professional. He moved around some of our furniture that was really above and beyond what we were expecting. He told us exactly how to let the carpet dry and approximately how long it would take, and he hit the nail on the head. It was dry when he said. All the difficult spots on my Berber carpet are gone, even the edges where its tends to turn brown. Around all the floor vents are nice and clean. The whole house smelled really nice. He also provided the little papers to go under the furniture that was not aluminum or that metal substance other cleaners use. He worked steady and efficient. He also cleaned my oval wool area rug that is quite large! We will continue to use Busy Bee Carpet Cleaner and support our local business owners!
