I spoke with the owner Sunday when furnace stopped working. He said he had no one on call, could have someone out first thing Monday morning. No one ever called Mon. morning. I called 5 times throughout the morning, but got an answering service. I finally spoke with Denise who told me she would get a tech to call. Never happened. I called back and was given the number of the tech to call. I called and left him a VM and did not hear back. I called Denise back and she called the tech with me on the phone. First thing Mon., became 4:00 Mon. The tech, who according to Denise, was their "best" spent most the time on the phone asking questions of another tech and tracked dirt all through the home. He told me he would have to order a part and they would come back Tues. afternoon. Noon ever called on Tues., I called 4x more. They told me they would order the part but couldn't get here to fix until Wed. I called Shumate and they replaced the part and had furnace working in less than an hour.
