 + -1 moreThey called me back, showed up on time, showed a lot of nice photos and said he would check with engineers to see what he could do. Nice guy, but he never came back. After three weeks I went to the Acorn web site and they did the job. Tax, permits, etc for two straight lifts $5500.

 + -1 moreIn a nutshell, GREAT! Anita came out to see what I needed and take some measurements. A very pleasant woman with a wealth of knowledge about the product line. We set up a date for the install and Patrick came out on the date and on time. He explained what he was doing for each step and took his time to make sure everything was installed correctly and safely. After the installation was complete he took time to explain the operation and safety features of the product. Then my big first test ride up and down so he, and I, were sure that I knew what I was doing. Anita and Patrick were both great and I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering installing a Stair Lift in their home.
