Fantastic service. Mr. Woodard came to my house within a half hour of calling him! He installed my new microwave oven super quickly. Very efficient, professional, and personable. I will definitely call Woodards again next time I need appliance work done.

Maytag set up my appointment with this Woodard's for 3/10/17 between 8am and 10 am. I realized there was an issue when I seen they opened at 8:30. At 10am I called just to verify they were still coming. I was told a technician would call me, at 11am I called Maytag who then told me Woodards would be calling to lt me know when they would arrive that I was the next appoinment. At 12pm I called Woodards again I then spoke to Jacob who told me no one answered the phone so he didn't come and he didn't know my appointment was for 8am to 10am. that he would be out after 2pm. I am a local small business owner and can not sit around all day for a morning appointment, I had a client scheduled to come in at 3pm so advised Jacob not to come and scheduled an appointment with another company. I have now lost $1000 in work due to this company not being able to keep an appointment and I will be sure to let everyone I come in contact with know not to use them.

In the process of checking out the oven controls he slid the built-in wall oven about 12and quot; or so out of it's cabinet cavity. He did not properly reinstall it back into the opening that was custom built for the oven. He left it gaping out of the opening at least 1and quot; all the way around! It looks ridiculous. I didn't notice it till that evening when I went into the kitchen to make dinner. Before he left I went into the living room to write him a check and when I walked in the kitchen to hand it to him he was standing in front of the oven so I noticed nothing unusual. Then I turned around and led him to the door to let him out. To add insult to injury, when I saw what he'd left me with, I opened the oven door and found 2 of the oven's screws laying in the bottom of the oven!!! Is this Jacob person a shade-tree mechanic posing as an appliance repairman or what?

They are wonderful. When he came out to put in the drum, he realized that something else was wrong with it. He had to go back to the shop. When he came back the following Tuesday, he did not charge me for the second call.
