Description of Work: It went extremely well. They came out to look at what the ice maker was doing and figured out what was wrong with it. I then mentioned my microwave and he was able to fix that on the spot. When the part came in they called us right away and installed it the next at our convenience. Took no time at all. Cost was not expensive at all. Will definitely be getting them back out here when something needs fixing

+ -1 moreMy husband had quadruple bypass surgery 4 weeks ago and is understandably still unable to do his normal "manly" chores around the house. So of course our dryer died last Friday. My husband reached out to John at Reliable Appliance Repair and he came out the next day. He was able to immediately identify the issue, and while he couldn't fix it right then as it was a specialty part he couldn't get until Monday, he showed up as soon as he could and had the dryer working as good as new within 15 minutes. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and great price for the work that was done!
