+ -1 moreOffice staff were friendly and the appointment was easy to make, they were even able to accommodate a last minute request for the following morning. The technician (Jerry) was on-time, very friendly and professional, and did a great job. The carpets in all three rooms were stained and dirty and now they look almost brand new. I will definetley call Fred's next time.

Description of Work: Fred's Carpet and Cleaning Service is now Strick's Carpet Cleaning and their service is awesome! "Strick" did a great job, helped me move furniture and it was refreshing not to have any hidden charges and even sprayed freshener without any additional charge.

+ -1 moreI called Fred's on Monday and they granted me an appointment on that Tuesday afternoon. The technician was on time, surveyed the areas needed to be cleaned, and treated the high traffic areas with some pleasant scented chemical. The cleaning took him only one hour.
Description of Work: Our new homes first carpet cleaning. Three bedrooms, two hallways, living room and staircase.
