This person is a failed building contractor who now thinks it's his mission to find enough things wrong with a home to discourage anyone from buying the home. Example, even though the air conditioners were working fine, he told the potential buyers that the systems were old and they wouldn't buy the home unless the sellers replaced the perfectly good systems. Cost the sellers and additional 14K to sell there home. This person is a loser and should not be hired if you want an honest home inspection. Other inspection will do a much better job for all parties.
