I called this company to come out and cap an existing Drain pipe due to having a new bak patio installed. They responded quickly, however they re-routed the pipe (like I asked them to), but used duct tape to "Cap" it. I will NEVER use this company again.

Service was called to my home to address a slow kitchen drain and stopped up toilet. Jeffrey at Copperhead answered my call and was at my home within the hour to service. He was able to address the slow drain in the sink but was unable to unstop the toilet due to matters outside the scope of his service. However, he did provide guidance and offer suggestions to address this problem, as well. Punctual, cost effective, knowledgeable and courteous is the type of service that I look for and this is exactly what I received. I would recommend Copperhead LLC to a family member, friend or associate without hesitation. Update 8/14/12 After following the advisement of Jeff my septic tank was professionally drained. However, the toilet issue was not resolved it was truly clogged and not flooding over due to the septic tank as advised by Jeff. A call was placed to Jeff on Monday, 8/13 to share the news. The question was asked of Jeff as to whether or not he ever examined the toilet to confirm whether or not it was clogged, he replied he had not investigated beyond seeing the septic tank was full. I then asked if he would return to my home to correct the inadequately complete job. He was adamant this issue was not a continuation of the other and he was not going to complete the job to my satisfaction without being paid again. After much laboring and negotiating, he stated he had another job in the area and would take another look at the toilet on the following day. He was to call before coming. To my misfortune, I had to leave home and missed both his call and visit. I then called and asked when would he be back in the are again. A very upset Jeff stated he would come again only if I would pay him. I reiterated the problem had not been corrected as he advised it would. It did not matter, he held his position. I then concluded the call. To my surprise, Jeff called back wanting to further argue his point. I advised our business was concluded and should he call back again I would report him for harassment. What a sad ending to what I thought was a great transaction and interaction. Given this new interaction, I would be negligent to not correct my previously "beaming" review of Copperhead Plumbing. It is my belief that a professional honors his work and service. In a time when and where there are so many choices it is reckless to not provide immaculate customer service. I will never call them again nor will I advise anyone else to.
