Description of Work: our AC unit went out I our rental home 2 days after my daughter had major surgery, we have to wait for the landlord to approve our new system and the house temp was approx 100 degrees. I want you all to know that the team at coastal cooling went above and beyond the call of duty. Jon and Grady and the team brough over to U.S. 2 window units free of charge to keep my daughter comfortable . + -1 moreI just bought the whole system to replace it. Now I have a system there but I don't have a warranty. I cannot pay anything because I don't have an invoice. The person that use to work with them that installed the system and did all the coordination's with me is no longer there. I will never go back to him. The inside installation was good but the outside installation, they just place the whole part on the concrete pad and didn't even secure it. If I go out there and move it I can move it. I don't think it is suppose to be like that. I was so made that I never went back and just left it like that. The price was good. The quality was poor. They didn't show up when the were suppose to. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThe service was awful. They just placed the outside unit on top of the concrete base without securing the unit. Now every time the AC comes on it rattles and makes loud noises. Asked for an invoice and still have not received one yet. Its been 5 months.
