Jason arrived when expected. Introduced himself and company. Was very professional on the job and explained the service conducted.

Mr. Patterson arrived on time & went straight to waking care of his job. He was very courtious & knowledgeable of what he was doing.

The technicians introduced themselves and went right to work. Found a couple of things that need attention. They explained everything to me in detail and added that I could call the office if I needed any more information. Very polite and thorough.

They always responded quickly, charged reasonable rates, and did good work. They were quite dependable, too.

Everything went well. They were very friendly, very courteous, and did a good job with the cleaning. They also had the most competitive price since they were charging nearly half of what other companies were quoting.

It didn't go well. They advised us to buy a new unit, so we gave them a check in order for them to make the purchase. They promised to return a few days later with a new unit, but they never did. Ultimately, we went an entire summer without air conditioning, and we had to request a refund.

They were professional and did a good job with everything.

They cleaned the coils as promised, but they didn't reinstall the unit properly which resulted in drainage issues. What's more is that Aire Serv told me that I was wrong in this asserion even after three other hvac companies confirmed it. Ultimately, I had to pay another company to correct the issue which was frustrating.

They have great customer service. Furthermore, the technicians are very thorough, and they are more than willing to discuss the work that they are doing as well as answer any questions.

The techs are courteous, the receptionist is friendly, the boss is nice, and they have a pretty good attitude toward customers. I give them high ratings and would continue to use them in the future.

The technician who saw us was a bit of a funny character. He was happy to show us his tattoos and tell us stories about touring as a rock drummer. We enjoyed him, but I'm not sure if everyone would. Anyway, he did the job quickly and provided helpful advice. He was punctual and didn't take too long. We didn't pay full price because of the warranty, but I would still recommend these folks. We'll probably use them again.
