+ -1 moreCalled about 5 different providers because Hills was at lunch and no one answered. However when they got back from lunch they responded quickly and a repair person was dispatched within 90 minutes even though, we learned, some of their technicians were on vacation and they were short staffed. None of the other providers either responded or said they could not send anyone out. After 30 minutes the air was back on and the bill was under $200. The young man who made the repair was very polite and knowledgeable. Although my unit is old, he did not try to sell me anything more than I needed and I appreciated that.
Description of Work: AC stopped working in middle of a long stretch of 90 degree weather.

Description of Work: Had a challenging remodel, had 2 other contractors give estimates. One couldn't figure out how to do it, the other was high and overdesigned. Hill came up with a great solution that gave me a lot more for my money. Has been working perfectly, and my power bill is always very low.

+ -1 moreTechnician was excellent. Arrived on time. Friendly and informative. Repaired air conditioning unit, then identified a circuit breaker that was not resetting properly. Did not have the correct circuit breaker on his truck but quickly located one, obtained it and completed repair. Great customer service.
