Owner called and discussed midigation approaches, and how to handle the issue in Georgia. We talked twice, after reviewing pictures, saw no need to visit. Was very informative, very honest, and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend him if you have mold problem, honesty and knowledge

house cleaning
 + -1 moreRichard Davis, owner, supervised entire process. Called in advance, came on time and did an excellent job. Explained everything clearly and was creative in solutions.
Description of Work: Our guest house had problems!! Crawl space under house cleaned of dead possum, rat nests, mold mildew. Ozone machine treatment, antimicrobial and pathogen treatment on beams and ductwork. Interior carpets cleaned and furniture and walls wiped down. Exterior gaps filled between brick and shingles. Repaired hole in gutter area outside.
