Description of Work: Mr. Hoover took the time to measure and give us an itemized list of the work we wanted done. We prepped the bathroom prior to his coming by removing all the items we wanted to preserve (wall cabinet, household goods, and supplies). He deconstructed the bathroom to the original tongue-in-groove walls and disposed of all the waste. He kept the items that could be reused and stated that his church would give them to people who needed them (toilet, faucets, marble sink top). He installed new vinyl flooring, new walls, new crown molding, and constructed a new linen closet. (The old one had been built by someone who did not know what he was doing and was seriously out of square). He installed a new toilet, new tub, new tub walls, and new glass shower doors. He measured and had a custom-made vanity and sink top built, which he also installed. In addition, he installed the tub/shower and sink faucets we had purchased per his recommendation (Delta, because they have a lifetime warranty and are easy to work on). He drywalled, mudded, sanded, primed, and painted the bathroom with the color we chose. We finished out the bathroom with our own corner shelves, over-the-toilet cabinet and linen closet shelves (since we are DIYers ourselves). He also installed ductwork from the bathroom fan to our vented roof ridge (since our roof does not have enough space to install a duct elsewhere) and blocked out a floor joist that had been cut through by the same jacklegs who installed our original toilet before we moved into the home.
