+ -1 moreThe person responding was very professional and identified the problem quickly and replaced the pump. The company offered an exorbitant charge of $1780. I laughed at the amount because I had been there for the entire process. They finally reduced the charge to $923 which I still felt was excessive. I paid them $800 and conveyed that this was beyond reasonable. I would suggest that those doing business with this company determine charges in advance or be willing to play hardball after the fact. I will not use them again because while I am not going to permit this type of approach to over charging I don't need the hassle..
Description of Work: pulled well pipe and replaced pump.
