Dealing with the salesman was negotiating slug, slippery. The work was good but not as fast as the salesman promised.

Extremely prompt- we were about to have rain, so he ensured the problem was taken care of before the rain. In addition to reparing the leak, he also fixed a few other problems where we had lost shingles.

The vendor failed to return my calls regarding a complete re-roof estimate.

I used Bennie Irwin three different time for my very old-historic district, roof-original clay tiles They were very professional, came promptly to do the estimate and repairs, and did a very good job. I am pleased with the work and the price!

The roof was finished in less time than quoted. They had to remove 2 layers of shingles and repair rotten plywood on the roof. They were very concerned with cost and did everything in their power to control costs. The job was very professional and Donna was extremely knowledgeable about the roof and repairing the damaged portion. There is NO BETTER roofer anywhere near Atlanta that can do a better job. They are prompt, honest, and do a wonderful job!! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any roofing or gutter job!

First, I want to tell you I found the Best of the Best roofing companies and the Best people you would want working on your house. I had really bad hail damage. A friend referred Bennie Irwin Roofing. I looked up their reviews and they were all very good so I called them. Donna Irwin came out and gave me an estimate I wanted to go with. Want everybody to know I knew Nothing about roofs except how they look and they keep the inside of your house dry! I called Donna and she brought out samples of colors. I did know I wanted "Architectural Shingles". Love the way they look (Beautiful)!! They started the job on 7/12/2011 and finished on 7/13/2011. They had to order a new pan for the chimney and when it came in (about a week) they came out, put it on and painted the outside sides of it. They worked Super, like a well-oiled machine. The dumpster and materials delivered on Monday and the guys (with Mr. Irwin) arrived Tuesday morning at 6:45 ready to Work. They put down, all around my house, tarps to catch the old roof and debris. These guys really worked hard and the weather was HOT!! When they finished, it was and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL !! They showed up both mornings right on time and did a Superb job. They cleaned up everything that had gotten on the ground. They could not have left it cleaner. Mr. Irwin, Donna and their employees could not have been Nicer and they really Did Care about doing an Excellent Job. I L.O.V.E. my roofs they put on! They are BEAUTIFUL!!! We have not had a recurrence of the leak.

We did not have any problem with them. They did what they said they were going to and on time. They were extremely responsive and punctual.
