+ -1 moreAt first his work was great. He was expensive but did a good job. Later I noticed he only used one coat of paint on the decks. He used latex instead of oil base. It started to peel almost immediately. The last job he took my deposit, never returned it, never did the job, now refusing to answer the phone. If he could not complete the job and did not have the money he could have worked it off.
Description of Work: Mr. Rosenbauer did quite a bit of repair work for me and built shelves in my den. He was supposed to replace my back door. I paid him for the job two summers ago. He has yet to return my deposit or do the job. He refuses to return my phone calls.
